I am in Boston as a law student at Northeastern, but have lived and sailed on the west coast for my entire life prior to this year. During undergrad at UC Berkeley I was helmsman or tactician on a C&C 37. I worked bow on a Farr 36 in the Big Boat Series (Rolex/Saint Francis Yacht Club hosts this 4 day regatta, and brings some of the fastest sailboats around). I have done a number of offshore races along the California coast, including the coastal cup, which the TP52 class uses as a warmup for trans-pac. I can work any position on any boat, and do it in as competitive or relaxed a program as you have (I enjoy having a fun, relaxed night on the water as much as I like going for the throat... just let me know what you're looking for. I also love to teach whenever it's welcomed).
It's not racing, but to the extent that it helps give an idea of the kind of experience I have on boats, Its good to note that I sailed to Hawaii with my parents and a crew when I was about 6, and that I've been on boats doing trips up an down the west coast (down to mexico as well) for my entire life.
Please let me race with you! I'm going crazy from a lack of heeling over!

I have been sailing for many, many years including bareboat charters in the Caribbean and have owned a Catalina 22 but never raced. I would love the experience and opportunity to learn racing strategies. I work next to North Station and am reliably available for the Wednesday Night races.

I am a 22 year old graduate Student with advanced racing skills at mast
and bow. I am regular crew for a NYYC Swan 42 in NYC, which I have been
on for the past 3 years, but am living in Boston for the summer and
would like to join crew for the weeknight series. Before that, I sailed
on a Farr 393. I am also capable at trimming jib and spinnaker and
would ideally like to do more of those two positions. However, having
grown up sailing, cruising inshore and offshore, lots of one design,
IRC, and PHRF around the buoys racing, and some offshore racing, I can
pretty much do any position that you need. I am very easy going and a
great team player.

I graduated from Boston
University in May 2009 and have been working at Brigham and Women's
Hospital since. I have been sailing off and on for the last 6-7 years and
have had experience sailing (in many roles) on boats ranging from 15' to
40'. I'm hoping to refresh/strengthen my experience on a larger boat both
in a competitive and leisure setting.
Beyond working with a
crew in a competitive situation, I'd love to work out a deal with
a captain where I can assist with boat maintenance, cleaning, etc. for a
chance to gain more experience aboard their boat.
Please let me know if
there are any opportunities available.
Thanks,
Isaac K.

Skilled, fit, easy going, can give as good
as I get, middle aged Kiwi looking to race mid-week PHRF and distance
races. I am still agile enough to do bow when needed but have spent most
of the last decade trimming jib and navigating. With over 3 decades of
cruising and racing I have a pretty rounded sailing resume -from simple
Optimists right up to an Open 60 and Santa Cruz 52 with a mix of mid-week
round the cans, overnight distance races, coastal and offshore deliveries.
I am adaptable, know my way around a race boat, keep my head screwed on in
tight situations and am a pretty good sea cook as well. After moving from
Baltimore (15 years) to the Western Boston suburbs 3 years ago I have been
racing Shields mid-week at Beverly Yacht Club and sailing the local
islands on my Ericson 35. I am hoping to find a ride a bit closer to home
than Buzzards Bay.

I would like to crew for either days sailing
or racing right now I'm not working so I am available anytime. I learned

crewed some racing at Marblehead. Thank you

I am a brand new member. I would like to
crew, particularly for day sails or if someone needs someone on a cruising
class boat for racing. I love to sail but am not comfortable at the
helm...even after many sails and lessons! I am available on weekends and
early evening and starting 7/6 I will be available from around one in the
afternoon on! Laraine Bautze

I am an engineer with intermediate racing
skills at all positions including spinnaker. Was mainsail trimmer for
several seasons on a spinnaker class Tartan 37 including Narragansett Bay
Yacht Association race experience. Have also crewed on smaller boats plus
skippered dinghies through 38 ft. cruisers. Can make Wed nights available.
