NOTICE OF RACE

All sailors with boats in commission, and those that would like to crew, are invited to the Minehan Room of the Marriott Residence Inn at Tudor Wharf for the optional skipper's meeting beginning sharply at 1030 hours.  There will be coffee and donuts for all in attendance beginning at 1015 hours.

Racing skippers should complete the registration process via Compete-At.com (link on registration page) or fill out a registration form available on-line or at the skipper's meeting  so that you can be properly identified, rated and scored (a PHRF certificate is NOT required). There is a $25 race fee.  The start is scheduled for 1200 off of Pier 6 in Charlestown (click here for the courses). All races are required to have a VHF to monitor channel 69 (Could be a handheld). The Constitution Marina has graciously invited all participating yachts to temporarily tie up before and after the race.  All such yachts are requested to fly the CYC Burgee (on sale at the skipper’s meeting).  No services (water & electric) are available.

Max & Dylan's Restaurant (1 Chelsea Street, Charlestown) will host the POST RACE CHOWDER PARTY. They will provide a warm room and a menu that includes Clam Chowder and  salad (members free and non-members $15/person) and, of course, a cash bar .  Racers and non-racers are all welcome.
