General questions about registration, races, etc.? Email Fleet Captain Greg Graham. A current PHRF certificate is needed for all races except the New Year's Day Race. If you do not have one for your boat, you can obtain a copy of an application form below. For help in completing same, please contact Brian Sullivan, Fleet Handicapper, at 508-845-1915 or via email.
