CYC Culture
Constitution Yacht Club is a group of passionate sailors, with a strong community and presence in the Mass Bay racing circuit. We host various events throughout the year to build camaraderie and engage with other yacht clubs in the area. We look forward to seeing you on the water and on land this upcoming sailing season!

Community

Inclusive by Design
Joining CYC is one of the easiest things to do. You don't even have to be a boat owner. Whether your interest is in sailing, sail racing, power boat cruising, fishing or living-aboard — all who share our enthusiasm for boating are welcome.
Giving Back
We partner closely with Courageous Sailing. Not only do they know how to throw some great parties, but they actively participate in our races and even staff our Race Committee! Getting kids on the water is something every sailor can get behind.
CYC Traditions
Wednesday Night Racing
Boats of all sizes and speeds compete throughout the season in the challenging Boston Inner Harbor. At the end of the season, there are awards for each class. All members receive free entry or a discount.
Great Weekend Races
Our Spring Regatta and Overnight Distance Races are some of the best events on the Mass Bay Racing Calendar. All members either receive free entry or a discount to all of our events.
60+ Yacht Clubs
All CYC Members are also MBYCA Members, giving you access to a wide network of over 60 area yacht clubs and events across the region.
Social Events
From our post-race parties, to our flotillas, to our winter socials, to our annual awards brunch and more — there is certainly something for everyone. All members receive free entry or a discount.
Education
The board and Education Chair Paul Sullivan strive to provide year-round education for all levels of sailors. All members either receive free entry or a discount to all of our events.
Charity
We partner closely with Courageous Sailing — getting kids on the water and learning how to sail is something every sailor can get behind, and no one does it better than Courageous!
