Welcome to the 2025 CYC Boat and Crew Finder.
Being located in downtown Boston, Constitution Yacht Club finds itself in a unique situation versus other racing clubs in that we tend to have a surplus of able-bodied sailors eager to crew and get on boats. Lots of people come into the city to work on Wednesdays from the surrounding area and would rather crew on a boat for some Wednesday night racing versus sit in traffic on the commute home- can’t blame them!
Over the years, we have connected countless skippers and crew with amazing success! We will do our best to find you a spot on a boat. If you are extra motivated, the best advice is to attend any of the social events like the flotillas (or Blackmoor Kitchen & Bar around 9:00pm on Wednesday) to get to know some skippers and crew!
